Bresnick "Red Head"
Hi everyone,
as I was going through the bay in search of a nice straight razor as a goodbye present for a friend of mine, I came across this razor. As you can see in the link below, it's not a Otto Fromm "Red Head" but an early Dubl Duck Bresnick "Red Head".
Has anyone seen this before or heard of this before? I haven't found any information about this type of Bresnick so far...

Thanks for all the help!

Welcome to SRP. Bresnicks come with many different stampings. I hadn't seen that one before. Too bad about the crack in the blade. Go to the razor clubs forum here and there are a couple of threads on ducks, both dubl duck stamped, and odd stampings.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Yes I've heard of it before. It's one of the lessor known models from the early days but then again he sold many of those. If it's in good shape it's probably a good deal but the photos aren't that great so it's hard to tell the true condition.
