Just one new person's observation. If interest can be measured by how often the forum is read, how many of the old threads have been read, and the learning that comes from reading, then that might be an accurate indicator of how interested we are.

If posting a message, regardless of substantive content, is the measure of interest, then many new straight shavers like myself might seem uninterested.

Believe me, I am interested. The sheer number of posts I make on the forum is not an accurate measure of my interest. Some of us may feel that absorbing knowledge is a preferred way to begin this hobby/practice.
