Thanked: 4942W&B Monkey Tails
Hi Guys,
Thought you might want to see a really nice set of W&B's I just picked up. They are a set of W&B 6/8 Specials named Aristos made for a shop named Curley's in NY. The elongated monkey tails say "Improved Tang" on them. I have never seen another set like this. Most likely made in the early 1900's. Excellent to near mint condition as well. Awesome shavers.

PS....I know Joe.....I owe you some pics of razors I will be selling......lol.

Thanked: 1beautiful razors!
But I would think they are even older than that as wade and Butcher closed doors in 1890.

Actually, here they are. Tell me if you disagree:
Bad reflection there on the second one.

Very nice razors there Lynn. We gotta stop talking about these nice W&Bs or their prices on eBay will go through the roof like the Dubl Ducks.

"Aristos" is a classical Greek adjective, meaning "best" or "most excellent" (of a kind). Very bold and classy name!
