Thread: A Ginormous THANK YOU

I had to send a public "thank you" to garythepenman. We recently arranged a razor trade. I got them in today, and I cannot believe the deal I got. I hope he's as happy with what he got as I am with what I got. Fast shipping, great communication...truly a pleasure to haggle with, and a thoroughly honorable fellow. Just thought I'd stick his name up in lights for the day.

I'll second that, Gary's a standup fellow. I swapped some Proraso with him, and he sent me a really nice razor. He originally only wanted the preshave (which I threw several jars in, probably enough to last until he's sick of it) but I also threw in some other goodies as well (tub and tube of cream, some l'occitane oil, proraso a/s) and then paid a fortune to ship it to him and I still think I got the better end of the deal.

I kinda feel guilty when I pick up the kronpunkt I got from him and shave with it. Not guilty enough to send it back though

Yours hasn't turned up yet, even the one I bought but they will no doubt turn up soon. The yak hearder that delivers down here must be knackered.

I got them all in today (even the Dorko). I love the Bengall...it looks and feels like my all-time favorite...a Geo. Barnsley & Sons Sheffield. Hard to pick a favorite out of that bunch. I did notice that the return address on your packaging was different than the address I mailed those razors to, though. I cut n pasted the address you sent me to mail them to.

My address I gave you is my business address which is best. I live in a rural area and postage takes forever out in the wops, turn right after the black stump etc....

I'm sure you can work wonders on the Dorko.
