Thanked: 2591Happy 10th anniversary Lynn.
The site has been an inspiration for me and I am sure for many others. Thanks to SRP the hobby of straight shaving is becoming more and more popular.Stefan

Congratulations Lynn and a huge THANK YOU for setting up the site. I think a lot of ordinary people like me took up straight razor shaving as a result of your site. Most of what I have learnt I got from your site. I now get 1/2 hour of very relaxing pleasure each day. What impresses me the most is the old fashioned gentlemanly conduct of everyone and the help that experienced members are always ready and willing to give. Here's to the next 10!

Very nice write up, Lynn, and thank you for your dream. Thanks to all who have contributed to this forum and to wetshaving as a whole. May this milestone be the first of many.
(This would be a fun opportunity for a custom maker out there, with permission, to make a commemorative razor)

Congratulations Lynn.
When you started the first group you probably never imagined where it would lead you and the merry band of wet shavers known as SRP. Today, we have almost 30,000 members. Sure, not all of them are still active, but that's how many cared enough to join the group. Most of that number signed on over the last few years. Who knows how many more lurked, or are lurking, and are benefiting from the information found here. When you consider that we are, for the most part, focussed mainly on straight razors and the assorted subsets of users, collectors, etc. I find that remarkable.
You are too modest to take full credit, and certainly you didn't do it all alone, but one thing is for sure. SRP and the growth in straight razor popularity would not have happened if it wasn't for you. You led the way and set the course. We all owe you, so a big thanks and congratulations on a great ten years!
