The Staff's Christmas Message to You.
One thing for sure, the older you get the faster time goes by and it seems like yesterday I was writing last year’s message. I also recall mentioning how crummy things were in the world for the past 2 years. However, even when things seem to be depressing in the world at large this is when we realize there are many out there not as fortunate as us no matter what our situation is. It’s a good time to take stock of things and enjoy the little pleasures in life like our beloved shaving rituals and enjoyment of some of the other hobbies and interests we have. It should also be a time when we realize, in the end it’s our families and friends that are most important to us and that’s what gives us the strength to get through the worst of times. Every experience in our lives be it good or bad makes us grow and makes us better people.
One thing about this site that has never changed is our commitment to our members and in the end you are all part of our extended family and community. We thank you for being members and teaching and learning and contributing to this great body of knowledge you see before you and thus, helping to preserve this great art. We also thank you for the great generosity shown by many of our members towards other members throughout the year.
So, as the end of the year approaches and we celebrate the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays, on behalf of Lynn Abrams the site founder and the entire staff who toil endlessly to keep the site running like a well oiled machine we would like to wish everyone a safe, joyous and super duper Christmas and New Years. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero
