You Might Have an AD If........
I thought it might be fun to start a thread to generate signs you might have RAD, HAD, SAD, BAD etc. Kinda like the "you might be a redneck" thing.
I can give one to start.
"You might have RAD if you are looking at a razor and have no idea if you have one in your collection."

You might have HAD if you find yourself weighing less than your collection of hones.

Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

You might have RAD if your rotation of shave ready razors is larger than the number of days in a year.
"Cheap Tools Is Misplaced Economy. Always buy the best and highest grade of razors, hones and strops. Then you are prepared to do the best work."

I might have an AD if I'm breathing and my heart is still beating.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 1Oh, oh. That last one really hurts. I have a pedestal sink which, of course, is useless for straight razor shaving, so I recently ordered a new vanity and top, and, of course, a matching linen cabinet to hold some more shaving stuff. The toilet didn't match the new vanity, so I put a new one in. Now the shower stall doesn't match anything and needs to be replaced. I made the mistake of showing my girlfriend a stall with jets for the body AND the feet. Then of course, there's the tub. So far, I figure going to straight razor shaving has cost me about $3000, and I haven't even ordered a shower or tub. Oh, that doesn't include the razors, strops, hones, a dremel...

When you spend 200 dollars on soaps (SRD Rose) you and no one you know has even used before, you might have an AD.
