    I would just like to know why at the top of the page under members list
    It says ,and I quote GOOD AFTERNOON,BG42
    AHH,a day of rest.
    If thats official I just wish some one would tell my Misses that

    Know the feeling, just finished the shopping and in an hour ive got a 2.5k run, 2 hours of weights and another 2.5k run. And then and only then can i rest...for half an hour before i have to iron my shirts for work tomorrow, put another coupla loads of washing through, feed the cats, change the bedding, push the hoover round and then finally grab a shower (with the customary sunday super shave, ahhhh )
