    Default Griffon Advertisement

I was in the City yesterday and noticed an old school advertisement for "Griffon" Cutlery on the side of a building at 18th Street and 7th Ave.

I thought it was pretty cool looking so I took a pic. I used my iphone so excuse the lack of clarity. I explained to SWMBO and her friends that it was a cool little piece of straight razor history. They listened attentively and then asked where we should go for brunch. They are young and good looking but have short attention spans.

WOW!!! I've gone by there and never really paid attention to that wall. Don't get me wrong, I have seen it, just never made the connection. Thanks for sharing.

It also just happens to be around 10 blocks from C.O. Bigelow's pharmacy.

I am wondering how many more of these are up around the city that I have never noticed before.
