    Default For a super honemeister....

How nice would this razor be if not for the nicks that are visible from afar???

Hey, at least there's no rust! Cracks and nicks? No problem!

It looks like it's seen some time on the hone too. Too bad.

Too much hone wear in the middle and the chips are too deep for that width blade. It's not a very good candidate for part of the rotation.

    Nice scales though.
It's a Henckels that looks like a Goldedge.
If I didn't know better I'd think Vlad made this one to test us...

Default for the welder, grinder, and super honemeiser...

Ok, here is another one that makes me want to cry. Everything is right about this razor except for one small detail, the CRACK IN THE BLADE!!!!

What we sometimes lose sight of the fact that some people collect them without shaving with them. Actually most people who own straight razors use them just for display purposes. That's actually a good thing for us b/c once those people die and their relatives sell of the razor collections, we get our dirty paws on'em and some are quite well preserved
