Wostenholm find
Found this piece on e-bay and the guy only ships to the US. Didn't take a detailed look b/c of that, but it may be worth some attention... Check it out and feel free to pick it up. I saw very little hone wear.

What is a pipe razor? I know what a pipe knife is, and it doesn't look like at all like a straight razor.

I believe Wostenholms are called pipe razors because of their trademark symbol (which resembles a clay churchwarden pipe)

That will make someone an EXCELLENT shaver. Wostenholm is under-rated. I find them to be on par with Wade and Butcher razors and at $10.00 in that condition it's a very good deal.
