Congrats for giving up ,its not easy,I gave up 3 times before I finaly kicked it .That was 23 years ago,and just quietly if I have a few under my belt and I`m in a smokey pub or club just for a fleeting second a smoke crosses my mind,very fleeting you understand,I know that if I had one I would be gone again,because thats all it took last time,
