I received a old SR in a lot on the shank it says
???ord Razor
Warranted Germany

and on the reverse side is

Germania
cutl.works
Germany
any info would be greatly appreciated
it was an 11/16"with a 1/16" deep chip
the razor is now a 5/8

Wonder if it's an Oxford. I do recall that name on Germania razors.

I'd wager it's an Oxford. The tangs on the Oxfords were usually rounded and polished. They're well made razors that are good shavers. Most I've seen are 5/8.

Oxford it is,that seems to fit the bill nice and tidy
