    It's the "Bable Fish Translator" from AltaVista.

    It's handy and free. You can either translate a block of text to/from several
    languages, or even enter a web address and it will translate the web-site for
    you.

    It dosen't translate smoothly, so sometimes you have to read it a few times
    and some words just don't translate at all. Of course, it does a word by word
    translation, so the sentence structure might not make much sense, but it's handy.

    I use it and this currency translator quite a bit. Maybe one day I'll actually
    buy something that I use it for.....
