Lol interesting article. I started shaving daily very recently (like 2 years ago), but ever since I went straight I started praying for more growth and less skin sensitivity so I can move up to twice daily.

I got a kick out of their ensuing thread...and I recommend that everyone read it...for those looking for more extreme ways to shave, you may find some inspiration. HowlingFrog's comment (the 6th down) starts it off and the rest of the thread just kinda gets carried away...here's one of the more creative ones:

    xlbrooklyn

When my last girlfriend left me, I took her out to dinner three nights later for the finest meal of her life, where I quietly explained how I did not have a broken heart because she WAS my heart - and with her gone, I had only emptiness in my chest. I told her how life no longer had meaning, that I might as well stop taking my medications and let my chronic illness overwhelm me and end me, that whether I lived or not, I was - without her - less than zero. As a parting gift, I gave her the dressing mirror that had belonged to my grandmother - a woman my now-ex-gf had much admired.

She took this to heart and, three nights later, wrote a brief note about how she could not bear the incredible weight of guilt she had for emptying my life and turning another fine young man into a walking shell of a human, then took her own life by shattering the dressing mirror and driving a long shard of it up her nose and into her brain.

Now, on every third night, I shave by the reflection of my grim visage in a blood-stained shard of that mirror, while scraping away the stubble with a matching shard.

I hope someday soon I slip and accidentally cut my throat.
