Default Storage for razors from a 7-day kit

My most frequently used razors are from an old ivory 7-day kit. The razors are in fine condition. The case, although made of excellent materials, deteriorated over many decades of use. One of the side flaps finally gave way and completely detached.

My mother-in-law, Madam Gong, a Beijing native, is visiting us now. She designed and created the following hanging holder to house the razors.

It is designed to roll up for storage or travel.

Madam Gong's design can obviously be used for rotations with different number of razors than the common 7-day kit. It can also be made for different sized razors should you have a variety of sizes in your rotation.

I was impressed with Madam Gong's solution to my storage problem, and I thought some of you might be interested in the idea.

Just the kind of ingenuity and personal touch I appreciate. Congratulations. Is she considering making more?

Madam Gong has retired after a long working career. I doubt that she wants to make many of these. This one was a gift to me. However, the design is fairly straightforward (except for the knot which is incidental to the basic design) and can probably be put together by any accomplished seamstress.
