Thread: Personna Blades at Sally's Beauty Supply

My son is an employee and got a $50 reward card which he surrendered to SWMBO, their shaving section is sad to say the least so most of it went to SWMBO's stuff. I did however manage to score two 5 packs of Personna DE blades (they're in the section with the hair shapers and magic shavettes) for $4 and change. I think tomorrow may just be a Fatboy day.

I tell ya, if they stocked some decent shave gear, this would have been an absolute field day. Imagine $50 worth of free stuff in a store that stocked Omega brushes, a few decent soaps and creams, etc. Regretably though, Clubman AS and the Personna blades were all they had that I would be interested in. My penchant for affordable shave gear is legendary but Marvy brushes are simply cheap crap that should be avoided at any cost. I bought one once for $4 and it shedded like a sheepdog in Arizona. I keep it around solely to provide hair for the HHT and to lather down my strop (waste not want not.)
