Thread: Question on size

I'm looking at a razor on ebay that's listed as a 9/16 size. I've seen this before and I'm horrible at math. Anyone know the conversion by chance? I'm thinking closer to 4/8? Thanks,

Right between 4/8 ( which is 8/16) and 5/8 (which is 10/16).

I've got a 9/16th Neistrom and it's a bit smallish for daily shaving, though it's a nice change-of-pace kind of shave. My 5/8th Heljestrand handles that duty with much more aplomb, even though it's only 1/16 bigger. The 9/16 might work better if I had a lighter beard, though...
