    Default Can you Identify my razor?

    G'day all,

    Just received a razor that I won on eBay (10 bucks AUS) and was wondering if anyone knows the maker (sorry I don't have a digital camera)

    On one side of the tang there is an eagle with a crown just under the head with "trade mark" under the eagle and to the right "german make"

    On the other it says
    WARANTED
    HOLLOW GROUND
    SOLINGEN -GERMANY
    with 95 on it's side next to the writing

    Looks pretty clean with only a slight amount of hone ware neer the tip.

    Worst case scenario, if noone can identify it, just hone it and shave with it. One of the best shavers in my rotation is just stamped with the words "The Winner". I don't know if it was ground in Solingen, Sheffield, Valencia or Islamabad. So even if you can't identify it, you'll have a great shaver in your rotation.

    Same here, my currently favorite 4/8 just has "solingen" on it, no marks no words nothing. And yet it's awesome.
