Thanked: 346That one was on my watch list when it first came out, not for long though, the bidding on that one started early and earnestly.
Picked up a NIB dubl duck combination hone from tilly instead, I think I got the better deal.

Picking up a Gilette Fusion for $80 would be a better deal than what this winning bidder got lol.

I saw something else, not quite so bad, but who'd pay $100 for this one?!

I bought pieces in better condition for 1/10 of that price. The seller knows that there's a sucker born every minute lol.

I emailed Randy Tuttle and ask the same question. He said, and I agreed, that it was a bunch of collectors that had gone crazy with bidding. You know "I am going to get that or else". Big wallets overriding brain.
Just curious does anyone know the grits of this particular red and black Norton hone?if anything has been abnormal for a long enough period it then becomes normal.

Thanked: 0Oh and anyone know much about his razor?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEDW:IT&ih=014
I've been reading into this whole damascus thing a lot lately and wasn't sure if this razor actually had a damascus blade on it or not... I know TI sells a damascus bladed razor on Classicshaving.com for around $700.
