    Ok Guy’s lets talk size.

    I am still new at this but I have been able try a few different size and styles of SR and my favourite so far is a 5/8, ¾ hallow.

    What is you’re preferred choice?

    I have a somewhat heavy beard and half hallows seem to do best for me but I have found my 6/8 to be kind of unwieldy and my 5/8 to be almost too lite so now Im trying to track down an 11/16. My thinking is it may be the happy medium. Project Goldilocks!

    Anything 6/8 or more, any grind suits me just fine. I have a preference for bigger and heavier though.

    I prefer 9/8 and up. 8/8s are starting to feel small to me.

    3/8ths to 9/8ths in my stable everything from full wedge to singing. If I am shaving every day to every other I prefer a 6/8ths full hollow to extra hollow, if I have a weeks growth I like my massive sheffield choppers. When I wear facial hair I like my smaller more nimble razors. Variety is the spice of life ya know!
