Thread: SRP Jacket Ordering Info

The sample is on its way and we can begin placing orders very soon.

The pricing will be:
$59.99 SMALL - XL
$64.99 2XL - 3XL
$69.99 Tall sizes MED - 3XL

A $9.00 charge will also be added to each jacket for embroidery.

Shipping: Shipping within the USA should be around $5.00, international may be more. I am trying to get estimates on international shipping prices, but I have been assured it wont be anything outrageous.

UPDATE: I got the company to take $100.00 off the overall order, which makes the total application fee only $15.00 instead of $115.00
There will also be a $15.00 setup fee that will be spread evenly across all orders. This means if we get 10 orders there will be an additional charge of $1.50 for each jacket, but if we get 30 orders there will only be an additional charge of $0.50 for each jacket.

I expect to begin placing orders late next week I will setup paypal billing for everyone when the time comes. I want to make sure this all gets done before I go into surgery.

Please make sure to indicate if you are interested in ordering a jacket by participating in the poll, this will help me gauge the total cost a bit better. If we have enough interest we may be able to get a volume discount as well.

I will post instructions on ordering a jacket when I get exact shipping prices and find out if we have enough interest to qualify for any discounts.

I am still waiting on shipping prices within the USA and international, which I will hopefully have today or tomorrow.

IMPORTANT: the jacket pricing may be a one time only offer because I found a $100.00 coupon on first time orders with this company, and more importantly it looks as if we have over 6 orders. We can always get these jackets at a later date in another order, but I cant promise the price will be the same.

Please PM me if you are interested in a jacket and I will send you a PayPal email with the price including shipping to your country/city/state in USD. I will not consider your PM a promise to order the jacket, it just makes life easier for me. If you get the PayPal invoice and you decide you dont want the jacket, please just let me know that you have decided not to order one so that I don't hold up the order process for you.

Also I will be adding a nominal fee to the order due to the cost of doing business with PayPal, as they charge me for all money received through their site. It will probably be less than $1.00, but it will prevent me from loosing money by using PayPal. This amount will also be included in the invoice so there will be no hidden costs.

Please remember to send me your email address in the PM so I know where to send the PayPal invoices! You may PM until Sunday October 29th, 2006, due to my shoulder surgery and the fact that many people want these jackets ASAP, I reserve the right to refuse all order requests made after 10/29/06.

Hmmm..I guess its a good thing I forgot to send you that paypal this weekend!

I wouldn't mind the jacket, but:

1. You don't have my size listed, and no, don't ask

2. The main reason, I'm pretty much commited to at least one forum brush at B&B and probably soon at SMF.

3. I can't get everything that comes along, and I can deal with that!

Here are the final prices of the Jacket unless any changes are made between now and Sunday (which I doubt), please read this carefully so you are not surprised by any of the charges on the invoice when I send them out at the end of this week:

Cost of the jacket in either color including embroidery:

SMALL – XL $68.00 + 2.28 (PayPal charges)
2XL – 3XL 73.99 + 2.45 (PayPal Charges)
Tall Sizes MED – 3XL 78.99 + (2.59 PayPal Charges)

Please note: I was just informed this morning the the chestnut color (brown) actually has more of a greenish tint to it than is shown in the photo, so please keep this in mind while ordering

If you would like to add your Name, membership level, or any other text value (for example: Lynn could put Founder, or someone could put the first and last name, etc) on the area opposite the logo on the other side of the jacket the cost will be $5.15

I asked the company to calculate the shipping charges to Australia and New Zealand because I dont think anyone lives further away from the USA then that. They quoted the shipping rate as $15.00 - $20.00 for standard shipping, or around $30.00 for express shipping. Due to the high cost of international express shipping I will be shipping all orders standard unless express is specifically requested. Express shipping can also be requested for jackets being shipped within the USA, the cost is around $17.00, but again, I will be shipping ground unless specifically requested.

Since the shipping prices are estimates (although I have been told VERY close estimates) after all orders are complete and the jackets have shipped I will send an invoice or refund for any shipping costs that were not completely accurate. I tried to err on the side of caution so most probably you will get a refund instead of an additional charge.

The stanard shipping rates are as follows:

International: $15.43
United States: $9.00
Canada: I will invoice the same amount as US shipping and let you know if the final cost is any different.




I am told by paypal that each transaction will cost me up to 2.9% + $0.30, rather than try to guess what each type of credit card will cost, I just assumed that each transaction will cost the maximum fee (this is included in both the jacket and shipping prices already listed). Unfortunately, I will also have to add on an additional 2.5% for payments made in any currency other than USD. I assure you I am not making any money off of this, I am just trying to make sure I dont lose any money either.

Bah, I need a few days to equivocate! But is the background of the embroidery going to be white, like in the picture, or will the color of the jacket show through?

The color of the jacket will show through, this is the last step in getting the physical sample to make sure that the colors of the logo show up well on the jacket as they are.

Although I won't be ordering a jacket, for various reasons, I do want to commend Josh for his efforts on putting this together.
