Thread: SRD is A++++

I've had nothing but GOOD experiences with Straight Razor Designs. Have dealt with others but, SRD was just a better.
Their shipping time, shipping practices, THEIR HONING!!!, etc. Was just A+.
But, this week they showed how REALLY A+ they are...

I placed another order & sat back to wait the day or 2 for delivery (Yep... Their fast). Then realized I'd left an item out of the order. It was probably past closing so I shipped an E-Mail to see if they could delay so I could add the item in. Next Morning I get an E-Mail from Don telling me the order is shipped with the item I'd left out included. The simple trust that I'd make good impressed me to no end. That afternoon I get a phone call from Lynn asking if there is anything I need as he'd noticed a call from my #. Great conversation... Felt like we were old friends.

I also got an extra special surprise in the order issue that proved how customer oriented they are.
