I personally like the letter opener idea....perhaps if it was hollowed enough would would work as a shoe horn??? surely it isnt sharp enough to cut your foot!

Yeah, but the "steel" could splinter and rip my sock. And I'm a pretty big guy, so it might also snap and/or bend L-shaped if I tried to support my foot on it like a shoehorn.

Ooh, there's a good one. I haven't had a chance to go out to the club and shoot in a while.

Durn it! Time to go light off a few rounds!

Send a bucket load to the enemy in Iraq and they can cut their own throats

They'd have to try to shave with the thing first. That seems to be the only way it will actually draw blood.

You really think they will be sharp enough for the purpose?

Create a new forum called: "Razors not to be bought" and post on it pictures of all the crap razors available and make sure that anyone who registers new w/ SRP will be automatically directed to it.

Then chuck the razor and delete its memory from your brain.

Well, if there is any lesson to be learned from this by the larger public, and by newbie straight shavers, its that even after you're more of an 'expert' at this, you still have to be careful. As I said, I /know better/ than to even look at anything made in Pakistan. Heck, I knew that from before I ever picked up a straight razor, based on what I knew about swords and bagpipes made in that area of the world. And I still managed to wind up with a $10 mistake on my hands.

Anyway, thank you all for your suggestions. Just thought I'd have a little fun at my own expense.
