    Yes I did some years back, not lately though. Perry is a really nice guy.
    I still read what he puts on the site. I have had some of my best laughs reading his stuff.

    I think the real "link" is that people have found ways to appreciate quality and enjoy that quality as a way to relax. Some things have not improved with time. The best shave comes with a straight razor, the best cigars are still hand rolled, its nice to have a time piece that just tells time and doesn't come with an inch thick manual in 5 langauges and doesn't require reading glasses to see the time.

    I have a few humidors and about 100 cigars total. Cubans are good but over rated IMHO...

    This past Saturday I did a few hours of leaf removal and yard work, had a BBS shave and then enjoyed a Rocky Patel 1992 Toro. It was a very nice day...
    +1 on Cubans being overrated.
