Another Company looses a customer!!!
Some two weeks ago I made an phone purchase to a company which is well known to the members of this forum. In fact I placed an order because it was highly recommended and their products were of high quality. Well two weeks later I am yet to receive the item. Furthermore I was advised that it had indeed shipped, but to this date my bank account has not been billed, I know this because they do not bill until the item ships. The item has not even been shipped. This is one quick way to loose me as a customer. I feel I was mislead so I cancel my order. I will not name the company for I am sure a lot of the members here do business with this company. But I feel after my experience that I will not do business with this company. It is not the fault of those who recommended this company for they must have had positive exchanges with this company. So now I have to wait until next week to try and find the item locally.
I am not mentioning the item nor the company on purpose. I'm not doing this to flame the company, I am just relating a bad experience which could very well be an isolated incident. If making mention of such experiences is not acceptable in this board, Moderators please delete the thread with my apologies.
Forgive for I am just venting mostly because this item is a must and I can't use my razors due this fiasco. And that really chaps my hide!! oh well, better luck next time.
Thanks for letting me vent my frustration.

What does this accomplish?
Not to flame, but unless someone from said company regularly reads these boards, what does your post here accomplish? You refuse to name the company...ok, I can see how that would be appropriate if, say, someone who represents the company DID regularly read these boards. In that case, why not PM said person?
If, however, noone from said company reads these boards, then posting here does not educate the company about customer-losing practices. It also does not educate us, the users of the site, by letting us know of your bad experiences with a certain company.
If you did send a complaint to said company, then you have at least educated them, but what does this thread then have to do with SRP?

I have to agree, posts like this do no one any good. Most forums will tell you to try and resolve personal or business problems between yourselves and after all the communications and attempts have been made and there is no resolution then you should post and let everyone know if there is an individual or business we should have concerns about.
Any negative reports will be evaluated by everyone here and then we can all make the decision whether we want to do business with that party or not.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

So, uh... what was the name of the company?
