Thread: SR like Cocaine?

I was reading a PJ O'rourke book some time ago, and he said something about Cocaine being a drug with a very long run up... for a very short slide...

Somehow I get the feeling that if you enjoy shaving with a SR.. it is more or less the same...

I look foward to it... I hone, I strop... brush my teeth in the evening and at the same time move my shaving goodies around, waiting for the morning... go online and read razor porn... (Do i need a shrink? I was reading with interest how much lather someone got with a specific cream, in a specific bowl with a specific brush.... tell that to your friends and they will have you locked up!!)...

Get up in the morning, try and time it so wife and kids dont disturb... lock myself in the bathroom with my toys... (if I was 16 again my mum would be banging on the door saying "Just what ARE you doing in there??" ...

Wash... soap, lather.... get out the blade......

Then BANG!

Its over....

and I have to wait another day....

... a long run up for a very short slide indeed...

I suppose it is in that you could put a hole through your nose if you're not careful...

Have you been getting the lather in your nostril?

Anyway I know what you are talking about. I am eagerly waiting for my next day to make a pass.

Just don't inhale the lather!!!

I'm going to have to contact Dr. Spendur and have him write an article about this very subject. He has a three step program I am told.
