Serious man skills? Hah I'd like to think so. I'm 22 and the thought of a straight may be a bit daunting to someone who has never handled one before. I've been shaving with a DE for three years and my first shave was still a bit nervous. If you have a DE laying around perhaps that'd be a better first step.
