It certainly limits you having one arm . Not just weilding a straight, but holding your kid , opening jam jars, jumping two handed high fives, skipping with rope , tango dancing , cooking and prepping food - try cutting veggies, meats on a board with one hand .....! Ha ha

Owwww that sucks, but heal well and come on back to the World of Straight Razors; we'll be waiting.

Also you should have put that in the Cut of the Day thread and made up a great story on how it happened with a straight razor; since I'm sure that's more than 10 stitches it should count.

Do your straights know my address? I run a shelter for them!

Man! What an injury! No one has asked, so I will. How'd you do that? I hope and pray for a speedy and complete recovery.

There ya go Scott, during your break you can rent out your straights at weekly or monthly rates. Then you could fund a nice custom razor with the profits after you heal!

Seriously though, best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Hope you heal quickly.....but seriously it is just the elbow and everyone knows it is all in the wrist. Wrap a tack cloth around that hand for stretching the skin and shave lefty.
Why back in the day we had to walk 8miles to school in the drifted snow with barefeet uphill both ways without a cell phone and we loved it!
    YMMV
    It just keeps getting better
