Thread: Thanks to Tony and Colleen

If I may take a few minutes here, I just wanted to post a thank you to two vendors I have done business with.

Tony Miller sold me my 4 sided paddle strop and I love the quality. My mother called him and ordered a #1 hanging strop 3" wide and she commented on how great he was to speak with. When I got this strop I was expecting quality but what I got blew me totally away. The hardware is not cheap, thin stuff but very heavy-duty metal that looks great and compliments the quality of the leather and linen very well. The linen is superb and the red latigo leather is obviously high quality. This is not just a functional utility piece but a true piece of craftsmanship. Everything about it speaks to dedication and attention to even the smallest detail.

Colleen Hurley makes just about the best soaps and creams I can think of and I'd put them up against the best in the market anywhere. She not only uses quality ingredients but uses ingredients chosen for the skin nurturing qualities as well. Every time I communicate with her, it is a pleasure. She is, without doubt just as committed to customer service quality as she is to product quality.

It is a true pleasure to see two people who take great pride in their craft, pay attention to small details that make big differences and are equally committed to providing high quality customer service to go along with their products.

I simply wanted to tip my fedora to both of you and thank you for your efforts.

I'm not surprised one bit. After making a couple of purchases from both of them, I only have positive things to say about the products and the lady/gentleman in question. We're fortunate to have them in our community.

I'd concur. I just placed my first soap order so I haven't gotten them yet but Colleen is a pleasure to work with. My paddle strop came today and the craftsmanship is excellent and Tony is great to work with as well. It's a great help to have such excellent vendors to work with to help ease the transition.....
