Thread: The Genco Henry's XXX is no more

Well, the father in law came around to collect his scuttle, mug, soap and brush today. He checked 2 razors in need of refurb which I intended to have done for him.

His eyes then fell on the Genco. Picked it up had a feel and put it down.

Being that he has helped my wife and I buy our first home, one of the reasons for the little gift in the first place, I told him he could have it.

I'm sad but happy as we may have a convert from DE razors.

Still, it means there is room for another razor now :-)

Geez mate! Ya gave me a start there! I thought you were going to say he dropped it and she died a horrible death by tile floor! I'm so glad to hear it has just gone to a new and, hopefully, loving home.

Nice gesture, there will be more razors in the future. In-Laws like yours are not easy to find.

He's a great guy. Pretty much gave my wife and I the chance to buy our house with a good chunk of his savings.

My other father in law is still loving the DE he got as a teen so no more razors leaving the fold just yet.

He's asked if I can show him how to use it tomorrow. We'll be watching a few vids of Lynn and Geofatboy first me thinks!
