I pose this question here after seeing the "cool little shop" thread. I am going to be traveling to the area of Torrington Connecticut next weekend and as I know for a fact there are no places that cater to straight razor shaving or wet shaving in general where I live, I was wondering if anyone knew of a shop near Torrington that I can poke my head in for a visit while I'm there? I would like to at least get to see some things, smell some fragrances to get an idea of what I might like/want to buy even while there. If anyone knows that would be great. Connecticut really isn't that large of a state, so the same applies to surrounding areas. As a general idea so those of you who may not know the area but know of a shop, it is about a half hour north of Hartford I think, IIRC. The basic jist is I am coming up from PA, so if I may pass any area where it would be an easy drop off the interstate, I would be interested. The day I would stop in to see a place would most likely be Saturday or Sunday on my way home as we are leaving later on Friday. Thanks for any help folks!
