found wade & butcher wedge
Hey guys
new here and been shaving with a straight now for about 5months and still loving it. Found this on my way into work today been sanding her lightly to clean the oxidation off pics don't do her justice but wondering can anyone give me a era when this was put out?
no nics cracks original horn scales and pins almost no pitting just need more polish then hone and strop.

Yes! A nice one. I would say 1880, give or take 10 years. The jimps are usually later in the 1800's as well as that lighter tang stamp. Should make an awesome shaver!

I rest my case.

No England under Sheffield so before 1891. Etching on the blade so after 1830 or so. I'd hazard 1880s but that is just a guess. Welcome to SRP.
