How do I post pictures as attachments?

If there's a thread on this, let me know.

    Thanks.

When you compose a post, there's a section on the form (below "post icons" and above "topic review") called "manage attachments". Click on it, and add the attachments, and submit your post. ta de ra.

I haven't used the feature at this website, but vBulletin is pretty standard forum software.

When you're making a post, look below the submit buttons to the "Additional Options" box. There, you'll find a "Manage Attachments" button. All you have to do is click browse and navigate to your file. Then click upload.

Alternatively, you can email the photo(s) to me at [email protected], and I'll host it for you. Or, you can also try one of the free image-hosting websites such as imageshack or photobucket, which allow remote-linking.

*If the image is already on the internet, you can use the [img] [/ img] UBB code tags around the image URL to embed it into your post (using no spaces). For instance:

[Edit] Whoops, didn't see your last post. I'm not certain, but I don't believe vBulletin currently allows for attachments in private messages. I think you're stuck using the UBB method after uploading the photos to the web. I could be wrong though.

FYI, you can always find the address (URL) to a photo by right-clicking and hitting 'properties'. The window that pops up afterwards will list an exact image URL, which is what you put between the [img][/ img] tags (using no spaces).
