Thread: Like setting up a little bit of home...

Just on my first business trip with the straight (packed in the hold of course...I wanted to keep it).

Laying out the strop and kit was like setting up a little bit of home, an unexpected and really nice benefit.

We'll I hope it's a great trip. I myself am leaving tomorrow for a quick weekend trip and was planning on leaving the SR at home, is it possible to take your straight with you just on a carry on?

Good trip so far, thanks. Home Friday, even better. I don't think I'd risk it as a carry on, the posts I've seen on this indicate a high likelihood of trouble. At least a discussion with incredulous looks (gratifying but annoying) and at worst confiscation (or posting home). Not great for a quick entry/exit of the airport. I did do a carry on trip last week just for a night and didn't take a razor - the straight is giving such a close shave that missing a daily shave doesn't matter too much!

Those are my thoughts on trying to carry it on. We'll looks like the "cough cough" Mach 3 needs to go. Have a safe trip
