Thread: Wet Shaving Survey

I got tripped up on that one. Initially I checked it, but then I decided to be honest. If I bought nothing else for 180 years, my average cost/shave would certainly drop below what I used to spend on cartridges and goo. Until then... well, the whole saving money thing went out the window a long time ago.

Thanked: 37Done! It will be interesting to see the results, to know more about ourselves as a group.

Thanked: 11Done. That monthly budget question got me thinking. I really only need a couple more soaps, I have a straight being restored, an SRP Logo Razor ordered. After checking out the review of the 7/8 Ralph Aust in the magazine, I think I need one of those. Glad my girlfriend wasn't looking over my shoulder, although she is looking for a Columbian Exposition Boker to buy for me. Very interesting survey.
I just watched the latest episode of True Blood and Jason was shaved by Ben with a straight, although they used canned goo. I wonder if that will have an effect like the Bond movie did?

I'm in too. Should be interesting to see those results.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
