    The folks at Classic have a great reputation so should I be concerned that my e-mails and acknowledgement of my order have not been replied to for four days? Vacation maybe?

    I've experienced some delays in communication from them, but their service (when they get to it) is excellent, as are their products. You might try calling them. (link)

    I can vouch for Phil's character. He is a stand up guy. He is also an over worked guy as well. With that said, dont confuse his tardyness with emails, with him not caring. Phil & Jane will go to the ends of the world to make sure your happy.
    All will be satisfactory at the end...

    +1 to what was said. Keep in mind that time spend answering emails is time not spent filling orders. And they have tons of both!
