The folks at Classic have a great reputation so should I be concerned that my e-mails and acknowledgement of my order have not been replied to for four days? Vacation maybe?

Thanked: 498I can vouch for Phil's character. He is a stand up guy. He is also an over worked guy as well. With that said, dont confuse his tardyness with emails, with him not caring. Phil & Jane will go to the ends of the world to make sure your happy.

+1 to what was said. Keep in mind that time spend answering emails is time not spent filling orders. And they have tons of both!
