February works, but I might propose the long weekend (Family Day) as an alternative. That way anyone who has to do any travelling will have an extra day.

Good suggestion, lets put it out there and see what the you guys think about setting the date for the Feb long week end which is Sat thru Monday Feb 15th - 17th.

I just added a poll to determine the date that would work best for everyone.

Unfortunately I didn't select a multiple choice option and can't seem to edit the poll, so be sure to post alternate dates if your availability is flexible.

Thanks for the poll Ryan,
It really doesn't matter in my case, I'm flexible enough to go with the majority so I won't add my preference,.... looking forward to the results.

I'm going to hold off on voting for a date, as I'm waiting for word on my work schedule, but I should be able to make whatever date is chosen.

Looks like we need a thread bump

So far we have a location (Edmonton) and everyone is flexible on the date in February. Catrentshaving has offered his home as a venue. So I suppose we should get a roll call and nail down a definite date. What sayeth you, Robert?

I'm good with any of the dates really. But the long weekend makes the most sense as far as the extra day for travel

yeah the long weekend makes sense if we have interest from a distance farther away than say Calgary.
But I know that Rezdog said he would travel from the Queen Charlotte Islands to attend if it was the first weekend in Feb.
Not trying to complicate things ......... just saying
