Thread: Asheville NC meetup ; April 26-27th

I think the golden nib is the source for most peoples' knots but I don't know where Ray gets his.

I will be heading to Chicago tomorrow night for the meet-up there on Saturday. I will be testing out a video feed connection for my stereo-microscope. I'm hoping that I can get this to work so that people don't have to squint one at a time into the eyepieces but instead will all be able to see it on a screen. It will be great if everyone can see what we're talking about all at the same time and all looking at exactly the same thing. I will be thrilled if this works as well as I hope it will!

After seeing what Utopian has to show, should you wish to look at you edges, 3 members of the team have offered up their microscopes to be used at the event to form the dedicated microscope table that is indicated in the floor plan layout.

Wish I could make it out there for the Asheville meetup. Sounds like it will be so much fun and the scenery is absolutely beautiful there. Enjoy and everyone post lots of pictures.

On second thought the answer is no. There is no available wifi /internet access at this razor meet.
