Ok so how about we do a less official meet say July 12 in Tucson and then plan to have another one in November in Phoenix.

This will be my second summer here, it was pretty intense last year. With the mini monsoons it was humid too. My schedule just changed, I won't be able to make it down till July 26th

So i just found out that I have to cover a shift Friday Night and I have to help a friend move out of my house Saturday so i can't make it this weekend. What if we push it back to Sept. 6 or 13 and we could also use that day to talk more about planning the one in late November? Would that work or anyone?
