I'd be game for it, Humboldt would be a good central area for several of our members.

There was one a few years ago at Mike Blue's in Mn (not far over the boarder). It was well attended, and there are some great guys in the area. I had a blast.

After setting up a few meets I will make a few recommendations.
1) Get the venue figured out first. Finding a place to have the gathering seems to be the hardest part. If it's a small enough group then someone's home would be ideal.
2) Get the word out. Post on the forum(s) and social media. Send PMs to people on the forums.
3) Give yourself at least a month to get the word out. A lot more people will attend if you give them an opportunity to plan ahead.
My $0.02, best of luck! The older I get the more I realize how little I actually know.

Thanked: 2209Bluesman7 and Mattcb gave you some good advice.
Just pick a place, day and time. Then announce it inthis forum and on other sites. Set a max # of people and what you want this razor meet to be about, such as honing, restoration, etc.
Allow at least one month for planning.Randolph Tuttle, a SRP Mentor for residents of Minnesota & western Wisconsin
