    Default How close?

    Newbie here in southeastern NC, currently a bit wet! Anyhow, I'm wondering if there are any SR aficionados that may live somewhere between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC? If so, do you know if there's been or will be any kind of get together? Thanks

    There are a bunch who meet occasionally who come from the Greensboro, Raleigh and nearby areas. I haven't made it yet.

    We occasionally have a meet in Durham/Chapel Hill area which isnt too far for a long day trip. I hope we do another Asheville meet. That would be totally worth a weekend.

    I watched a YouTube video of the 2014 Asheville meet - very informal, very interesting/knowledgable people. I would make the trek up there if they ever have another one, for sure. Raleigh is even closer for me (3hours one way) and would do that trip if a meet were scheduled in the near future.
