It is shaping up ! Today 32T brought his Ford F150 over to my home and we loaded up 2 long tables, 4 chairs, grinder & wheels, propane forge, 172 lb anvil & stand, 800 grit 2x72 belts, extension cords (2), and a few other things.

The weather forecast for Wed here in St. Paul is a high of 10F ! and Burkburnett is 60's and sunny!
It will be a nice time to visit Texas.

Yes the weather is going to be pretty good, Ok I have 5- 25' extension cords , 2 tables and 3-4 chairs. Not sure how many, whatever is in the Rv, cooler for drinks, bottle of lubrication, and a few razors, and upon Charlie's advise I get to put on my Carhartts and old roughneck boots!!!! Maybe get out the hard hat too! Looking forward to being in the company of such craftsmen. Tc

In the winter of 83/84 there was a 3 week stretch when the temperature hit at least -40 (F or C is the same at that point) every day. The coldest I recall seeing in that period was -48F. It was so cold that my coat shattered!

Use it as a tie down rope. You will be crossing Oklahoma. Grapes of wrath and all that.

Here is a picture of the giveaway stuff that I fixed up for Charlies Workshop. On Saturday I will have a drawing for the winner.
As I mentioned before if you want to bring something to donate to the monthly giveaways bring them to this event and save on postage.

#1. A 5/8 shave ready The J. R. Torrey Co.US Worcester Mass. razor. #2. A HARRYWALLY shaving brush made of micarta with a best badger 33 mm knot. #3. A small Old Spice soap mug. #4. Balsa wood paddle strop (balsa wood is 81/2 x 2 inches.) #5. A puck of Wililams mug Shaving Soap.

if anything has been abnormal for a long enough period it then becomes normal.
