2017 Maggard razor wet shaving meet
Noticed that Maggards has their 2017 meet scheduled for May 13. You have to register and buy a ticket for $12, but there is a catered lunch ( was well worth it the last couple of years) as well as samples and vendors. He let the SR shavers meet in his shop last year. hope to see more of you there this year!

I know it's far in the future but keep it in mind as there are only 141 tickets left. (though i missed the cut off last year and they let me in.) there are prizes samples and a good lunch as i mentioned before, so i don't blame them.

great! i got the okay from Brad for the SR guys to meet in his downstairs shop, so we will have a place to set up our hones etc. for those who haven't been there, the store is downstairs with a large meeting area upstairs where the vendors are set up as well as tables etc. The majority of people attending there are the DE crowd but our numbers are growing each year. it gets rather loud upstairs so it is privilege to have our own little place to meet. (not that we can't intermingle).
noticed that the caterer this year is barbecue! As well as craft brewer on site!Last edited by tintin; 02-03-2017 at 08:55 PM.

So just looked into flight and seems more feasible to fly to Detroit and rent a car than it does to drive 10hrs. Around $400's, I'm thinking I just may not be able to pull this off this year. Hopefully they will put one one next year and I will have more time to prepare for it.
