Resources for finding shave meets in Northern California or Pacific Coast?
Good Day All!
I took a quick look at this forum to see if there was any listings for California or Pacific Coast shave meet ups, and did not come up with much. Is there any resource that one of you could point me to for finding something in my local for 2017?

Therehave been meetups in the Seattle area for years. Here us the thread for 2016. http://straightrazorpalace.com/get-t...mber-17th.html
There are active members in southern California who get together, too.

I'll watch this thread to see if you find something. I'm in your area and would attend a Northern CA meet.

I imagine people would appreciate seeing the OP doing some forging.

There is always the off chance that I end up burning the whole place down.... Cause wellllll.... ya....
Actually, in all honesty, with a few fire protections in place, setting up my mobile forge and doing some demos is a pretty easy thing, really. I'll be looking into attending this conference, without a doubt!

Thanked: 3795Having your location listed, as you do, increases the likelihood that you will be directly notified of any meet-ups in your area.
Then again, the easiest way to make sure that you make it to a meet-up is to host your own!

Thanked: 3795Your providing, or simply suggesting, a venue and date does not in any way obligate you to do anything else. You throw out a date and location and the rest can arise "organically" in the meet-up thread. You can take control of as much or as little as you wish.
In other words, go for it!
Randydance and I have attended quite a few meet-ups, so if you have any questions about them, you are welcome to send me ( and probably Randy ) a PM.Last edited by Utopian; 01-23-2017 at 04:51 AM.

I'm a little late, but it would be cool to do a meet up. Please include me in any plans for a meet.
Anything I can do to contribute please just ask and I will see what I can do. Let's do this guys(and gals)!
