Pitboss from Costco! I love it. And under a grand delivered.
Only upgrade I’m considering is the Bluetooth blower system for even more precise temp control.

UUhhh! Having a hard time getting going this a.m. Was up late with the neighbours. Even my girls were up until 11. might roll in around 10:30-11.

I was wrestling with the decision to sleep, or pull the pork since it looked like it was going to be done around 2am. So I waited.. and wrapped..
Now I’m up, cleaning up the yard a bit.
Take you time gents.. weather is fine!

In attendance were some regulars, and a few new faces.
Andrew brought his old 30 30, and I laid out my old enfiled beside it..
Lots of razor bling, and soaps, and stones, and whiskey.. lots of lovely whiskey to sample.
Knob creek, Canadian 21 year old, compliments of Anthony, aka Orville.. thanks for the bottle Tony, was well enjoyed.. some home maid Harry Wally moon shine and the smoked butt turned out as well as hoped.

Awsome time. with a great bunchs of dudes. Thanks for the amazing polled pork butt Mike. I stuffed myself with the smokey goodness. Also some very tasty alcohol.

As always, it is nice to catch up with friends . . . and meet new ones. Some very interesting hardware to be passed around, and not just the razors. Happy to meet @tjh and see him started out properly in the art of honing a straight. Really enjoyed the Sake he brought, and Andrew's moonshine project was very interesting too.

Putting eyeballs on our hosts MG was a trest.

All in all a day not to be missed. I here Tillsonburg in the Fall? With apologies to Stompin' Tom . . . I'm down.
