    It’s pork belly and yes 2 @ 12# and salt most definitely and pepper. So yes it’s not bacon, but I’ll let Bruno decide, cause I believe he will think he has gone to bacon heaven.

    I wish that I had some unique skill that i could share with the rest of you.

    But for now I guess I will have to settle with what the rest of you are willing to share.

    I think Bruno is very much in favor of anything that TC magics out of a grill.

    But would 12 lbs or 5.4 Kilos of bacon be enough for Bruno?

    Should be enough. I think he averaged about one pound per day.
