That sounds like fun. I have some of that cable and should make it into shorter pieces and see if this fancy degreaser I have access to will clean it up a bit before starting.

Not about steel but how would everyone like if I add some bbq pork belly this year to the menu, with us eating at the shop like last year we could work that in.

Is that 2, 12 pounders???? If so I think that would satisfy most of us.

What style of recipe are you using? Little salt would not be bacon.
