Its a clubhouse for a condo group. Nothing special. Lots of room, kitchen area and bathrooms. Its a good gathering place that can hold 100 of us if need be. Lighting is a little dim wohld be the only complaint i can think of. Pretty easy to find too.

Thanks for the reminder about the lighting. Some supplemental lighting would be a good idea.

I got way too long extension cord, power strip so otuers can plug in and a small light for myself. So if anyone needs to plug in...
And Tom is bringing the beer so im covered. Lol. See you all in a few days.

As I remember there is a refundable damage deposit for the room. Last year we left the place in clean condition and Ed had no trouble covering it for us, but having some money in case is never a bad idea. Tom, we can bring beer and we just ordered pizza last year. So far there are only 5 or so people.
