Thanks Lynn, the turnout was great - nearly everyone who said they were coming made it. See the link below for pics. We had John Crowley, Spazola (all the way from Burkburnett!), Kriton, Maeglin, GeNn, KenRup (made it all the way from San Antonio!), Jockeys (and his much better half ), Fritz and Vgod and I think that I may be leaving someone out.....check out the pics!

well, i was not able to post on the original post, so i will here. thank you to Dewey for putting this together. i personally thought that this was a great event. i think we had 9, plus Jockey's sidekick. i was able to see some wonderful razors that Papabull, Traveller, and Spazzola had worked on.
i must say i am most pleased at meeting Spazzola and KenRup. i learned some interestiing ideas for scales from Spazzola, and KenRup taught me a ton about the paddle strops he had. GenN, thanks for the lesson on method shaving. very informative. Dewey had some Mama Bear soap that smelled great. i may be making a new purchase. Jockey, great talking to you and Maeglin although not for very long. Kriton had some wonderful stuff. i am amazed at some of the items that people find. Fritz, sorry you were not able to stay for the whole event. John, thanks for everything that you brought to show, and for everything you did for us. we appreciate it.
good turnout, 4.5 hours, a few beers, some smokes and jokes. all in all, a great time. Dewey, thanks again. glad i made it.

I sure had a great time, it was really cool to lay my grubby little mits on so much cool shaving stuff.
More monkey tails than the zoo (not really but pretty close).
Great location.
I am ready for the next TX meet.
Thanks to all you guys.
